The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo, arrived this Monday, October 12, 2026, in Ouagadougou to preside over the official inauguration of the Faso Keoogo school in Bonheur-Ville. The event brings together several members of the Government as well as administrative, customary, and religious authorities.
This new infrastructure is part of the presidential initiative aimed at providing quality education to all Burkinabè children. It reflects the public authorities’ determination to invest in school facilities and bring essential public services closer to the population.
The school complex is a “level-type” establishment, designed to welcome students in an adapted learning environment. It aims to provide favorable conditions for learners’ success while meeting the growing education needs in the area.
During the ceremony, the Head of Government stressed that this achievement reflects the State’s commitment to placing spaces of general interest at the service of citizens. According to him, school must become a place where knowledge, discipline, and a sense of duty are built.
Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo also expressed the ambition to train an educated, responsible youth attached to their homeland. He invited the entire educational community to preserve this infrastructure and make it a framework of excellence in the service of students and the nation.
